Our management approach starts directly from our thinking. And our thinking pattern has remained unchanged for more than twenty-five hundred years. This is also the dominant world where excessive competitiveness shields cooperation, which is indispensable for our personal and corporate success, and where judgments do not leave room for exploration. Slowly, our traditional thinking puts us in the hierarchical structures that encourage internal competition, which directs people rather than results. Finally, this materialistic approach significantly reduced the impact of vital and interesting forces on the origin of our thoughts and lives. As a result, most organizations are considered "things" and their cells – people – are treated as "things". But 5E – Efficiency, Efficiency, Economy, Ethics and Environment – complex life systems, not the "things".

Our traditional management model is about to change. Microbiology and quantum physics completely changed the concept of reality. Microbiology now says that surviving the most suitable is not competition, but a result of cooperation. Quantum physics has realized that objectivity is a miracle, and this analysis is no longer a good tool for understanding complex systems. In addition to the conventional idea of ​​rationality, predictability and security, the overall idea must incorporate intuitive, prospective, and evolutionary elements. And, surprisingly, our nature has invented a system that integrates all of these attributes: it is known as a psychosomatic network.
